SCM FRIGO was founded in 1979, initially manufacturing components for refrigeration and special refrigerating systems. In 1989 we became aware of a market demand for ready to install products, namely what we call "package" for refrigeration. Consequently we designed our range of outdoor units. The basic concepts are vertical development, easy access to components, compressors in air flow and compactness.
In 1995 we completed our current range of products, by designing and producing units for installation in machinery room.
In 2004 we presented a renewed range of units, with substantial technical and construction improvements.
Furthermore, our resolute will to achieve top quality drove us to obtain successfully ISO 9000:2001 certification.

Our corporate aim is to satisfy all our customers' demands, offering them a fast, accurate service. Our company is both flexible and skilled in its technical dialogue and also able to adapt its units to the specific requests put forward by customers.

Our modular structure enables us to design and diversify our products, using standard and semi-manifactured components.
ACCESSIBILIY
SCM Frigo refrigerating "package" is tested and certified according to PED standards. It can simply be positioned and started-up after simple electrical and refrigerant connections. SCM FRIGO has always developed its units paying as much attention to the issue of maintenance as to the technical content of the unit.
CLARITY
Our professional units are suitable for all kinds of applications within the field of industrial and commercial refrigeration, namely industrial cold stores, supermarkets, ice-rinks, ice accumulating tanks and processing systems in general. It has always been our policy to declare the technical data for our products, thus enabling our clients to check that the components installed are fully compatible with the use they will be making of them.
